Biscuit Belly is a chef-driven, fast-casual breakfast spot inspired by the biscuit sandwiches our owner, Chad grew up eating at mom-and-pop shacks in his home state of Georgia. 

Located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky, we serve breakfast and brunch 7 days a week and our menu features a hearty selection of scratch-made biscuit sandwiches and other southern breakfast farewith a twist. Our spins on classics include: chocolate gravy, coffee-braised brisket and smoked-gouda mornay sauce. 

Every dish is made to order with fresh ingredients sourced from local purveyors. We offer house-smoked meats as well as tastebud-titillating  vegetarian and gluten-free options. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment where southern hospitality reigns supreme and everyone is welcome.

What Makes Our Biscuits So Damn Good?

Time and attention to detail. Our culinary team spent months testing different flour and ingredient combinations in order to create the perfect, fluffy biscuit. We then took that recipe, made a 200 pound batch and reformulated it again. Once we got our recipe down pat, we perfected our technique. Everything from scratch every single day. The end result? A damn good biscuit.
