Biscuit Belly is a chef-driven, fast-casual breakfast spot inspired by the biscuit sandwiches our Founder, Chad Coulter, grew up eating at mom-and-pop restaurants in his home state of Georgia. We serve breakfast and brunch 7 days a week and our menu features a hearty selection of scratch-made biscuit sandwiches and other southern breakfast fare - with a twist.

Every dish is made to order with fresh ingredients in our scratch kitchen. We offer house-smoked meats as well as taste bud-titillating vegetarian and gluten-free options. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment where southern hospitality reigns supreme and everyone is welcome.

What Makes Our Biscuits So Damn Good?

Time and attention to detail. Our culinary team spent months testing different flour and ingredient combinations in order to create the perfect, fluffy biscuit. Once we got our recipe down pat, we perfected our technique.
To ensure consistency, we created a biscuit certification process which must be passed before team members can make biscuits.
Attention to detail and everything made from scratch every single day.
The end result? A damn good biscuit.
